Training coordination and delivery is IBTI's primary focus. Requests for training through IBTI will be assessed in terms of needs, geographic location, and preferred method of delivery. These needs will be matched with IBTI training partners and/or contractors that meet the client's needs and/or geographic location. The client is presented with a seamless training program that is entirely coordinated through IBTI, but delivered through IBTI training partners and contractors.

These are some of the ways training may be delivered:

• Onsite at any of the IBTI training partner locations, depending on the clients training needs.
• Onsite at the client's location. This will be more expensive, and will require travel by IBTI training partners.
• Web-based, online training either currently available and offered by IBTI training partners or developed by IBTI itself. Customized options for training delivery based on the needs analysis.
